Hey guys!,

Oh great i got free time for create this image, i made the ilustration art of monalien in 2007. i started to work this scene in 9 days ago. starting with
modelling of human monster mutant and the crab alien in maya, next high poly sculped in zbrush and created texture maps (texture, displacement,
normal bump, reflection, glossines, SSS) in Zbrush, i tried to create realistic skin shader and render in maya but finally i thinked for more realistic shader was in
3dsmax, then done in 3dsmax with some hard various mix procedural textures for get more realistic, for the final image i composed in digital fusion and photoshop
the layers of reflection, lights, specular, color..

Process of making:
ilustration (bocet) -> modeling (maya) -> sculped (zbrush) -> texture maps (zbrush/PS) -> Environment modeling (maya) -> render (3dsmax) -> composition (df/PS)
programs: Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3dsmax, pixologic Zbrush, Digital Fusion, Adobe Photoshop.
Time: 9 days with some beers and fun .
